Something to note that we did very much like was that the company provides more that the customary amount of start levels. They in fact offer six which range from $69.99 – $1499.99. This can be helpful in a number of different ways one of which is the ability to target demographics very specifically.
The Compensation Plan –
The compensaion plan is very conventional with nothing too amazing and nothing concerning. The plan is a binary which simply means that you will be building two teams, one of which falls on your left side and one that falls on your right. They do present a fast start bonus for eager recruiters as well as a car bonus which most companies do offer these days as well.
One interesting feature of this companies compensation plan is the way that commissions are paid. Commissions are distributed weekly which is good because commonly you have to wait for monthly checks. The company uses something called the Wizecard rather than sending out checks to distributors. This is very much like a debit card which gives distributors access to ATM’s and merchants in over 8 million locations.
